Rivian cut the rate on the 2027 R1 Performance to 1.99% APR for 60 months in November, down from 3.99% in October. Two 2027 Power Upgrade builds drop to 2.99%. Rates on 2026 R1 stock did not change, and the $1,500 lease bonus Rivian applied to 2026 Large battery and higher builds in October is gone. Buyers have to order through the R1 Shop and get approved through Rivian’s lender between November 3 and November 30, then take delivery by December 31. The rates are on Rivian’s offers page, which lists the R1T and R1S only. None of them apply to the R2.
| Model year and build | November APR (60 mo) | October APR |
|---|---|---|
| 2026 Dual (all five configs) and Tri | 1.99% | 1.99% |
| 2026 Quad | 3.99% | 3.99% |
| 2027 Performance | 1.99% | 3.99% |
| 2027 Premium or Premium Long Range, with Power Upgrade | 2.99% | 3.99% |
| 2027 Premium or Premium Long Range, no Power Upgrade | 3.99% | 3.99% |
2027 Power Upgrade builds get 2.99%, not the Performance rate
The 2.99% offer sits next to the 1.99% Performance offer on Rivian’s index, but it is a separate rate. The offer page for those builds covers the 2027 Premium with Power Upgrade and the Premium Long Range with Power Upgrade, on both the R1T and R1S. The payment factor is $17.99 per $1,000 financed, against $17.54 at 1.99% and $18.45 at 3.99%.
What 1.99% saves on a 2027 R1T Performance
Rivian’s Performance example is a 2027 R1T Performance at $102,885 including the $1,895 destination fee. With the $500 order deposit as the down payment, $102,385 is financed, and Rivian lists the payment at $1,795.60 a month. At October’s 3.99%, using the $18.45 per $1,000 factor Rivian prints for that rate, the same loan comes to about $1,889 a month by our math. That is roughly $93 a month, or about $5,600 over five years. Rivian’s R1S Performance example is $108,885 and $1,900.83 a month.
The Power Upgrade cut is smaller. Rivian’s 2027 R1T Premium with Power Upgrade example is $86,885 and $1,553.75 a month at 2.99%. At 3.99% it would be about $1,594 by our math, a difference of roughly $40 a month, or about $2,400 over the loan. The R1S version is $90,885 and $1,625.70 a month in Rivian’s example.
Standard 2027 Premium and Premium Long Range stay at 3.99%, with Rivian’s R1T Premium example unchanged at $1,500.92 a month on $81,885.
2026 Dual and Tri stay at 1.99%, Quad at 3.99%
Every 2026 Dual configuration and the Tri stay at 1.99%. Rivian’s R1T Dual Standard example is still $74,885 and $1,304.55 a month, the same as in October. The 2026 Quad stays at 3.99%, with an R1T Quad Max example of $117,885 and $2,164.84 a month. With the Performance cut, the top 2027 R1 below the Quad now finances at the same rate as 2026 Dual and Tri inventory. In October there was a two-point gap.
The $1,500 lease bonus ended, so signing costs $1,500 more
Rivian’s November lease page no longer takes the $1,500 bonus off the amount due at signing, and the October bonus now sits on Rivian’s previous offers page. Monthly payments on the 2026 Large battery and higher examples match October, so the change shows up at signing. A 2026 R1T Dual with the Large battery is still $1,199 a month, but due at signing goes to $9,094 from $7,594. The 2026 Dual Standard went the other way on monthly cost: $1,049 a month, up from $989, with $8,944 due at signing, up from $8,884.
The 2027 lease examples match October too, from $1,199 a month with $9,094 due at signing on an R1T Premium up to $2,099 a month on an R1S Quad.
The lease structure is otherwise the same as last month: 36 months, 10,000 miles a year, a $7,000 capitalized cost reduction that includes the $500 deposit, a $895 acquisition fee, $0.30 per excess mile, and a $495 disposition fee. Leasing is only offered in select states, and Rivian does not list them in the terms.
Road Trip and Stealth Package savings run alongside the rates
Rivian’s offers page also lists two option bundles, and both say they can be combined with other active offers. The Road Trip Package is a $4,800 line item that bundles 22-inch Range or Sport Dark wheels, the Darkout Package, XPEL Stealth paint protection, and Dark cargo crossbars. Rivian puts the savings at $2,500 on an R1S and $1,500 on an R1T against buying those options separately. It is limited to 2026 Dual Max and 2027 Premium Long Range builds in Glacier White, Forest Green, and LA Silver or Esker Silver.
The Stealth Package pairs XPEL Stealth paint protection, Darkout accents, and 22-inch Sport Dark wheels on Dual Motor builds in Half Moon Grey or Midnight. Rivian lists savings of $2,200 on the R1S and $1,200 on the R1T. Both bundles are while supplies last.
Approval by November 30, delivery by December 31
All of these are “as low as” rates for very well qualified buyers, U.S. residents only. Rivian says a qualifying down payment is required, the actual rate depends on credit, term, down payment, and amount financed, and the amount financed cannot exceed the vehicle price. The offers can change or end without notice and cannot be combined with other public offers unless Rivian allows it. The worked examples use a $500 down payment and exclude tax, title, registration, and other fees.
Rivian’s short summaries on several of these pages say delivery by December 30, while the terms on every page say December 31. If a delivery date is close to the line, plan on the 30th.
